Foie Gras Burgers on Tap in Boston

Since it’s Burger Everything week, we thought you might like to know where you can get your foie gras burger fix. Two places we recommend: Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake in the Back Bay and Smith & Wollensky on the Waterfront. At Poe’s Kitchen, it’s the kitchen sink, in a good way. The black-truffle-stuffed Kobe beef burger gets a lift with lobster, whiskey bacon, Irish whiskey cheese and, well, we’ll leave the beer to you ($18.75; 617-859-8555). At Smith & Wollensky, bite into the hand-ground burger served on a brioche roll, and smothered in foie gras mushroom ragout. Cannot go wrong with that combo ($19; 617-778-2200).
