Chef Heston Blumenthal is shocking us once again, but this time it's not tampon palate cleansers - it's his Christmas menu at The Fat Duck in Bray.
The award-winning restaurant has released the festive menu, which includes signature dishes like snail porridge and egg-and-bacon ice cream. Also on the set menu - available on December 2, 9 and 16 - is edible snow, a nitro-poached pine aperitif and savoury lollies like the salmon twister.
