Ex-Noma and French Laundry Chef Tom Sellers Opening Story

He has worked with super-chefs such as Tom Aikens, Thomas Keller, Adam Byatt and Rene Redzepim but chef Tom Sellers' dream of going solo is becoming a reality now that he has finally secured a site in Bermondsey.

The 25-year-old British chef will open Story, his first solo project, on Tooley Road next February. If last year's pop-up restaurant was anything to go by we can't wait to see the imaginative dishes to top his beef dripping candles and a pine-infused gin cocktail.
