If you can't take a vacation anytime soon - we feel your pain - perhaps a little trip through Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia will sate you for now. Starting today at Lukson, Sang Yoon has a family-style prix fixe menu for $54 per person (two people minimum) that includes wine pairings, and not just ordinary wines, but some unique finds from Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia. Something from the hills of Goriška Brda or a furmint from Hungary aren't the usual sips you'd have alongside dishes like red crab fritters with Singapore-style chile jam, lamb belly roti canai, beef and broccoli with puffed tendon, and palm sugar caramel custard. The menu is available now through December 1. Consider this a little holiday for your taste buds.
