Coconut Water: Healthy or Hype?

All this talk of fried chicken and burgers has us reaching for a healthy drink of coconut water. Known as a rich source of potassium and magnesium and great hangover remedy and sports drink, we thought this would be the perfect way to balance all the (gourmet) junk food we've been scoffing lately.

But an article in The Guardian today has burst our health-food bubble. Apparently coconut water isn't all it's cracked up to be: a report by the LA Times and several leading nutritionist have concluded that while it does contain natural rather than refined sugar and some vitamins and minerals, it is not exactly the wonder tonic that marketing executives would have us believe.
