Check Out a Preview of the New Iron Chef Japan

Iron Chef Japan is back on the airwaves in Japan after a 13-year hiatus and the Wall Street Journal just released an early review of the revamp: "The most obvious change is the adoption of the overseas title “Iron Chef” – a clear recognition of the strong brand the original show has built internationally. The cast, too, has changed, with a new lineup of chefs stepping into the roles that made household names of the likes of Hiroyuki Sakai and Kenichi Chin." We asked Alton Brown for his thoughts on the show's return in a recent interview which you can check out here plus check out a preview of the revamped show in the clip above.
