Brunch Items Get an Upgrade at Ashmont Grill, 75 on Liberty Wharf

In case you didn't have enough reasons to look forward to life after Friday, here are two new brunch menus that should get you amped for the weekend.

Ashmont Grill, known for its great brunch in Dot, offers a new seasonal menu that includes spiced apple buttermilk pancakes with apple compote. Other items include egg strata with pumpkin, leeks and pears; autumn hash with bacon, sweet potato, Brussels sprouts with eggs; the Hot Brown sandwich, stacked with roast turkey, aged cheddar, bacon and tomato; and ham and cheese biscuits (Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM-3 PM; 617-825-4300).



75 on Liberty Wharf has rolled out its new brunch menu, complete with char-grilled steak paired with three farm-fresh eggs and a toasted English muffin; raspberry stuffed French toast with sweet raspberry preserves and tangy cream cheese layered between buttery brioche and drizzled with pure maple syrup; and a Belgian Waffle with caramelized bananas and crisp, applewood smoked bacon (Saturday, 11:30 AM-3 PM, and Sunday, 10:30 AM-3 PM; 617-227-0754).
