Best Thing We Ate This Morning: Green Eggs & Ham at Pizza East

The Dr. Seuss-inspired brunch dish at Soho House's Pizza East Portobello is a twist on classic Eggs Benedict. Two poached eggs sit on a toasted muffin with wafer thin prosciutto instead of ham, pesto instead of Hollandaise sauce and topped with peppery rocket leaves. It's salty, satisfying and hits the spot between breakfast and lunch perfectly.
