The secret to this simple dish at Bill Granger's Notting Hill restaurant is just that: simple, fresh ingredients. Available for lunch and dinner at Granger & Co, the fresh linguine is served with big meaty prawns, marinated in garlic and lemon, a handful of chopped fresh red chilli and topped with peppery rocket salad leaves.
