To do our part in supporting Downtown businesses, last night we hit The Beagle, and because it's Burger Week, we had no choice but to indulge. Befitting its cocktail-heavy digs, theirs is a serious burger that lushes will be grateful for a few drinks in. While countless places ask how you want your patty cooked, here no one asks, and it comes out a healthy medium rare. Bibb lettuce, melted American cheese, white onions, snappy/sweet bread-and-butter pickles and a generous dose of tangy Thousand Island dressing are additionally sandwiched between the toasted brioche bun.
