Albert Trummer has been absent from the New York scene since his
Theater Bar shuttered, but it was only a matter of time before the booze maestro bounced back. Miami.com reports that a a "mysterious speakeasy" is under construction in that town's Wynwood neighborhood. Turns out that it's a new Apotheke - the famed mixologist must have wanted to spend some time in the sun after being tucked away in that Chinatown alleyway for so long. The outpost in the sun-drenched city will largely mirror NYC's Apotheke, which is a bit curious since Trummer ended his association with that location a while back. There will be a secret entrance, and bartenders will play apothecary, dishing out concoctions that will cure "what ails you." Read about the
