You can never have too much good Mexican food in one place, and this weekend almost 20 of LA's best Mexican restaurants will bring their regional specialties to the Vibiana at the second annual
Taste of Mexico. Sample dishes like halibut ceviche verde, deeply flavored moles, esquites, horchata, carnitas tacos, tortas and more from places like
La Monarca,
Frida,
Guelaguetza,
Loteria Grill,
Yuca's,
Guisados and
Cacao Mexicatessen. There will be plenty of tequila and mezcal cocktails, plus Mexican beer and wine. The all-inclusive tickets - $50 per person, or $70 for VIP early-entry - are available online. If the event doesn't sell out (chances are it will), some tickets will be available at the door.
