We’ve looked at a lot of burgers this week, but how about the story behind the burgers? One of Chicago’s most successful burger chains, Epic Burger, is committed to bringing a better burger downtown. Chicagoist’s Anthony Todd sat down with David Friedman, founder and owner of the local chain, for a series called, “Small, Business, Big Impact.” Epic Burger stands apart from the burger down the street because of its commitment to sustainability.
