  1. I'm surprised R.F. O'Sullivan's wasn't on this list. For Best Burger in Boston, they beat Bartley's several times.

    1. RF's is ok, but the burgers are more like giant meatballs (at least the last time I went there) and thus difficult to eat. (insert snarky response here)

  2. maybe next time you can review places that are actually in Boston . you have 2 Cambridge ,Somerville, Medford and Fenway. as a Bostonian I find this list a joke. Radius Burger, Met Burger, JM Curley's all are far superior to the ones you list.

    1. Eh....Except for 5 guys and Uburger, I think they are all good candidates. If you have lived in the Boston area long enough you should know that the outlining towns/cities tend to get clumped in with Boston (just like any other metropolitan area in the U.S., or the world for that matter). Yes, I'm a bit surprised there wasn't even one from Boston, but look at this way, normally with restaurant (or for any other retail establishment) reviews and ratings for the Boston area, Boston proper usually stands tall, so it's refreshing to see other towns/cities prominent in the mix. Boston Mag tends to do a decent job at mixing all of Greater Boston with Boston when doing their reviews.

  3. No local goes to Bartley's that knows about R.F. O'Sullivan's.

  4. Mr. Bartley’s is overrated. Flat Patties is the better burger joint in Harvard Square.
