In a demonstration of what could possibly be the worst service to date, a waitress at Frankie and Benny's in Swansea served a glass of whiskey to a 2 year old celebrating his birthday.
His mother discovered the mistake when her son started pulling funny faces and rushed the intoxicated toddler to A&E where he was thankfully given the all-clear.
A spokesman for Frankie and Benny's later apologised saying: "We are very sorry that this happened. It was a human error, an accident, and we are putting in place processes to ensure that this sort of thing doesn't happen again.
