Truck Stop: Grill 'Em All Burgers Coming to Alhambra

Speaking of food trucks, it looks like the 2013 Survey’s top dog is going brick-and-mortar in Alhambra - and it's coming soon. Still riding the success of their Great Food Truck Race win in 2010, the Grill ‘Em All boys, Ryan Harkins and Matthew Chernus, have decided to open a burger joint. You'll find the some classic metal-ripping burgers from the menu, the Belgian-style fries, those cheese-filled tater tots that the guys are known for, and beers to go with it. Chernus tells us that "it will be fresh and new concepts for the most part, probably 15 burgers." We're sure the two band mates, one a Midwestern-born chef, the other an ex-pro wrestler, will find some other headbanging goodies to fill the menu. The restaurant, located in a complex on Main Street, is (fingers crossed) expected to open before the end of the year.

For anyone who thinks food trucks aren't the way to something less mobile, just check out Cousins LobsterFlying Pig Cafe or Coolhaus - all successfully going from four wheels to four walls.
