Sushi des Artistes in South Kensington - the recently opened branch of a Japanese restaurant in Marbella - might not be everyone's cup of sake: it's expensive and the cabaret-inspired decor is slightly distracting. However, take one look at the red tuna sashimi with truffle, which is shaped like a delicate tulip, and there is no denying the presentation is first class.
