The Fatty Crew Parts Ways with Meatpacking District's Ryu

Industry watchers thought it was very strange that the Fatty Crew would have partnered with the Meatpacking District restaurant Ryu - the Japanese eatery opened by Kardashian posse member Scott Disick. The place seemed like a flop from day one, and with the original Fatty 'Cue still closed down in the 'Burg many people pondered if all was well wit the organization. Well, today Jesse Carmac from the Crew announced that they are cutting ties with the project - according to the statement the split is supposedly amicable, and the team that remains at Ryu plans to move the focus toward 'traditional Japanese and sushi cuisine.' The Fatty folks are busy with Pig & Khao, which they recently opened on the Lower East.
