The Beer Chicks on Beer Cocktails, Beer For Dessert, More Beer

If you haven't checked out the Beer Chicks - Christine Perozzi and Hallie Beaune - on HungryYouTube, you should. They're wacky, adorable and saucy as they show us how to get sauced up on beer and beer-like things. In this webisode, the gals make a beer cocktail that's so hot, it's cool. So if you're into "pyrotechnics, The Doors, flambee and beer for dessert," (who isn't), this one's for you. The vid features pastry chef Ann Kirk (Little Dom's, Dominick's, Tom Bergin's), who makes a delicious-looking banana rum dessert, and then the Chicks turning it sort of into a cocktail. Delicious fun any way you look at it.
