Red Owl Tavern and Stratus Rooftop Lounge Open Thursday

This week, Hotel Monaco joins Rittenhouse’s Hotel Palomar as Philadelphia’s second Kimpton property, and when the high-end boutique accommodations begin accepting guests this Thursday, we will also get two new restaurants, designed for locals and tourists alike. Located at the corner of Sixth and Chestnut, caddy-corner from historic Independence Hall and across the street from the Liberty Bell, Red Owl Tavern is a 115-seat rustic New American. Eleven floors above, Stratus Rooftop Lounge will offer both open-air and enclosed areas to sip stylish cocktails.
