With its
new look, vibe and menu, Spago couldn't possibly let its cocktail program lag behind. Now with more mixology, syrups and tinctures, you can get some quite delicious concoctions at the bar, including the Rolling Fog Over Mt. Fuji (Hibiki 12-year whiskey, Aperol, lemon) and the Love, Lust & Lace Champagne cocktail. And there's more lounge seating - low-slung tables and chairs in the bar, plus more in a space in between the patio and main dining room - which means you can go
just for a cocktail. And PS: should you want to tipple a bit during the day, the Beverly Hills resto is now open for lunch, too.
