Since we have delicious pig products (
aka bacon, and lots of it) on the brain, this braised pork belly shot from
Seoul Sausage Co. sort of stopped us in our tracks just now. It was for a special the other day, which means those boys are up to some experimenting in their new kitchen. And apparently everyone loves it: The
Great Food Truck winners keep selling out of food at the
new shop on Sawtelle, especially on the weekends. Get those sausages - and balls and pork belly - while you can!
