Ame Restaurant as a sports bar and there's nary a TV screen is sight, but it looks like the bartenders have gotten into the spirit of the World Series with this new spirit-based cocktail featuring locally distilled Breaking & Entering Bourbon (from St. Georges Spirits), Campari, orange flower water and egg whites. And that cool logo? Owner and pastry whiz Lissa Doumani tells us that the letters are made out of chocolate that they pipe onto parchment before transferring them to the drink. Dubbed The Perfect Cain (as an homage to pitcher Matt Cain's you-know-what), the cocktail of champions was added to the menu just in time for the historic Game One and will be served throughout the rest of the World Series for $14 both in the bar and in the restaurant.
