Philadelphia Survey Results: Who’s Up and Who’s Down

With over 13,000 people voting on more than 1,400 restaurants, our 2013 Philadelphia Restaurants Survey encompasses quite a bit of data. Digging into the numbers can reveal overall trends as well as changes in perception. As we take a look at some of the wins and losses from our 2013 book, remember, voting is an ongoing process; restaurants that didn't do as well as they'd hoped could very well be next year's winners.
