Pancake Pandemonium: IHOP Debuts Pumpkin, Cheesecake Flavors

Are you freaking out because Starbucks is out of its pumpkin spice flavor? Calm down - cause now you can have pancakes instead. Today, IHOP is rolling out its fall flavors, and the chain projects it will serve three million of the pumpkin variety throughout the season (making this the number one selling seasonal option). If you are so over pumpkin, you can also opt for a New York cheesecake variety - more than 250,000 pounds of cheesecake will be mushed into these breakfast treats.

While those may be the most glamorous, we think the carrot cake offering also sounds pretty good. That one is an recipe made with oatmeal, carrots, apples, coconut, raisins and walnut pieces. That sounds a little healthy - oh, wait, there's the cream cheese icing - well, it will certainly be tasty if anything!
