Local band Baby Soda set the soundtrack of New Orleans jazz while restaurants like Lowcountry, Mexicue and Kristalbelli provided some saucy snacks. Dinosaur BBQ's John Stage was in the house as well as pitmaster "Big Lou" Elrose of Wildwood. Food highlights included upcoming pop-up eatery Briskettown's barbecue brisket, (Billyburg residents - get excited) Dinosaur's pulled pork sandwich and event highlights included getting hustled upstairs by the coat check gestapo and catching Rocco Dispirito sing along to Maroon 5's This Love.
