Now Open: Beard to Tail in Shoreditch

Beard to Tail is the latest London pop-up to go permanent. The new space, which opens today at 5 PM in Shoreditch, follows Kate Crutchely and Richard Wynne's (Callooh Callay) successful temporary summer opening.

Vegetarians need not get excited because the menu at the 70-cover restaurant features mainly meat - specifically less popular cuts like pork rump (in the form of Rumpie Pie), pig cheeks, oxtail, shin and marrow bone. And to wash it all down? An American whisky-based cocktail menu. What do you think - can you stomach it?
