New Chef, Fall Menu at Palihouse Courtyard Brasserie

While the newer Palihotel gets its new dining off the ground, via the exciting Hart and the Hunter, there's some news from the original Palihouse in West Hollywood. Chef Brendan Collins still oversees the Courtyard Brasserie, while he's busy maintaining his own Waterloo & City in Culver City, but now Jonathan Peters has taken over as chef de cuisine. He was most recently with Gordon Ramsay, working at the new steakhouse in Vegas, but previously did time around the stoves of LA, including Whist, Anisette, Church & State and The Foundry.

Peters' fall menu is still very straightforward and brasserie focused, with a few more hearty dishes, including an "off-menu" dry-aged prime rib cap for two. Take a look at the full line-up below.
