When the person you’d most like to have dinner with is yourself but you don’t feel like cooking the meal, it’s time to check out the DC restaurant scene’s bar-dining options. Pull up a stool (or upholstered chair) at one of the spots in the slide show, and you’ll find a welcoming bartender/server, an exciting scene and interesting fare.
