Minibar Is Taking Reservations: Service Starts Nov. 2

José Andrés’ tour-de-force Minibar will start taking reservations tomorrow, October 2, for seats at its new Penn Quarter location. Andrés and his team have developed exciting new dishes for the culinary journey of some 20 tastings. The new location offers 12 seats, offered in two groups of six with seatings at 6 and 6:30 PM and at 8:30 and 9 PM. Dinner will begin with cocktails in a stunning bar area. After dinner there will be sweets in a lounge. The menu will cost $225 per person, with beverage pairings offered at $75. Reservations are only accepted by e-mail, starting at 10 AM one month in advance.
