Michelle Obama at Taste of Boston Fund-raiser Next Week

Michelle Obama will be in Boston for next week's Taste of Boston.

Democrats in Bean Town will get a chance to glimpse and possibly shake hands with First Lady Michelle Obama at the Taste of Boston on October 30 at Boston’s Park Plaza Castle. The fundraising event is being sponsored by the Obama Victory Fund-Joint Fundraising Committee. The afternoon gets under way at 3:30 PM with samplings of dishes from various restaurants, followed by the program at 4:30 PM. Participating restaurants include Rialto, dbar, Stella, soon-to-open Puritan & Co., Hamersley’s Bistro, Orta and Pigalle, among many others. Donations (tickets) run anywhere from $250 for general admission to $3,500 for a couple to get their picture taken with Mrs. Obama. Click here for tickets and details.
