Meat Mission to Open in Hoxton Market

From a humble street food van (Meat Wagon) to temporary pop-up (#MeatEasy) to two central London restaurants (Meat Liquor and Meat Market), it is safe to say Yianni Papoutsis's guerilla burger company is one of the biggest success stories of London's street food revolution.

No longer only for those can track down the secret location of the next pop-up on Twitter or face waiting in a long line to get in, next month the famous Dead Hippie burger and deep-fried pickles will be even easier to get your hands on. The third standalone restaurant, Meat Mission opens in Hoxton Market in November and this time they will take reservations.

Hopefully this is the start of a new trend where 'no reservation' restaurants start allowing us to book ahead instead of waiting two hours for a table. (Looking at you, Pitt Cue Co.)
