We
promised to keep you posted on the crazy good deal that is
McCrossen’s Tavern’s monthly pairing dinner, and the happy time has come. On Tuesday, October 9, just $50 will bring you the three-way-pairing meal, which sees each of four courses of chef Townsend Wentz’ food matched with both a wine from South Africa’s Ken Forrester and and a cheese from
Di Bruno Bros. Look for roasted sea scallops with estate sauvignon blanc; pork belly with petit rosé; grilled hangar steak with petit pinotage; and veal sweetbread with FMC. The event begins at 6 PM, and reservations are suggested (215-854-0923).
