Honky Tonk: American Comfort Food Comes to Cheslea

Homesick Americans, listen up: there's a new place to satisfy your craving for potato skins, New England crab cakes and brisket.

Honky Tonk in Chelsea (appropriately located on Hollywood Road) is now open. The 100 cover, New York-inspired restaurant serves everything cobb salad to mac 'n' cheese made with roasted wild mushrooms and truffle oil, sliders and 'not' fried chicken which is in fact-oven baked. And for dessert there is pecan pie, chocolate brownies and Mamma's special apple pie.

The new space is the brainchild of Mark Cutler (Supperclub London) so expect a well-stocked bar featuring bourbons, U.S.-inspired cocktails like The Gringo (ale, tequila and grapefruit juice with elderflower) and aged-in-a-barrel cocktail which is exactly that. There will also be line up of live music with an emphasis on blues, jazz and rock and, of course, service with a smile. Have a great day!
