Tequila. Arguably at the root of all evils: the source of countless hangovers, regrettable mistakes and proclamations to “never drink again.” Tequila may not be our friend, but if anyone can convert us to the mezcal fan club it’s mixologist Jay Schroeder. This 30 under 30 honoree recently took over the cocktail program at Red Door, and will be joining us for a mixology week hangout. Not only does Schroeder have an affinity for agave, but also knows a thing or two about amaro as well as the importance of a perfectly balanced sip. Join us on Thursday for an early happy hour!
