Georges Perrier Dinner at Heirloom in Chestnut Hill

Back in September, we mentioned Georges Perrier would be coming out of semi-retirement for one day and joining Al Paris at Heirloom for a guest chef dinner. The Insider confirms the date (Wednesday, November 14) and has the menu that will be offered by the two toques, who have been friends for 20 years. The six-course meal will feature several dishes from Perrier’s cookbook and includes saffron mussel soup and roast pigeon with foie gras. Reservations will be taken for seatings at 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM, and run $125 per person. The Chestnut Hill restaurant is BYOB, but there is a Fine Wine and Good Spirits store just a few doors down.
