Full Test Kitchen Schedule: La Terza Reunion, Jeremy Fox, More

On the eve of Bestia's opening - the new trattoria from chef Ori Menashe and restaurateur Bill Chait - Test Kitchen will fill the tables at the Downtown LA restaurant starting this week. Tomorrow night's kick-off is already booked (Walter Manzke and Neal Fraser will do that), but the full schedule for the rest of the week promises more great one-night-only eats.

On October 17, there's a Test Kitchen reunion with Alex Reznik, Christian Page (Short Order), Kevin Meehan (Kali Dining), Vartan Abgaryan (Public Kitchen) and others who went through the original TK. On October 18, Menashe previews the menu for Bestia. October 19 is a reunion for Gino Angelini's La Terza chefs, including Menashe, Jason Travi, Elderoy Ardens and Mezze's Micah Wexler. And on October 20, Jeremy Fox debuts some bites from his forthcoming (any day now) Barnyard Venice menu. Reservations for the different dinners can be made on Open Table and via the TK website, but get on it - they go fast.
