Food Stall of the Week: The Egg Boss

The street-food trend might have started in America but the Egg Boss has put a very British stamp on it with his selection of practically perfect scotch eggs.

Sean Lawson offers a weekly changing menu including wacky versions like the macaroni and cheese egg, giant ostrich and duck scotch egg or a vegetarian one made with pumpkin and mango chutney. Looking for something more classic? The Cumberland - made with an free-range egg, sausage and breadcrumbs - is available at his Brockley Market stall every Saturday morning.
