Flat Iron Steak to Open a Permanent Site in Soho?

Another day, another great pop-up opens a permanent site in Soho. Rumour has it that Flat Iron - the affordable steak makers whose six week residency above the Owl & Pussycat was a summer sellout - is opening on Beak Street in Soho.

We expect the menu will feature the same top quality cuts of meat with triple cooked chips finished in beef dripping but all we can confirm from clues that have been randomly posted on their Twitter page is that the new restaurant will not take reservations. No great surprise there!
