Fall Menu Spotlight: Stella Blu and In Riva

Now that it's fall, restaurants are switching up their menus to highlight heartier fare, substituting salads and grilled entrees with heavier comforting and cozy dishes. This October sees West Conshohocken's Stella Blu launching a Southern-inspired menu with classics like shrimp 'n' grits ($14), buttermilk fried chicken ($24) and $26 jambalaya (610-825-7060).

Over at In Riva, the East Falls Italian has introduced handmade pastas, and will be rotating through a selection of four tasting portions each month. In addition to that, guests can also expect new items like glazed short ribs, and new pizza selections with toppings like meatballs, porchetta and more (215-438-4848).
