Despite an abundance of good Chinese food in London, soup dumplings (xiao long bao) are still hard to find. We tracked down these steamed spicy pork dim sum parcels in Leong's Legend in Chinatown. The hand-rolled wonders (you can actually see them being rolled in the restaurant window) are filled with a warm fragrant broth that oozes out as you take a bite. Dip them a little vinegar and make sure to eat them while they are hot.
