Thick slabs of salted beef with a generous dollop of mustard might sound like an unusual bagel topping but, trust us, it works.Brick Lane Beigel Bake is an East End institution that has been serving bagels since 1977. These days late-night clubbers, cab drivers and homesick Americans flock to the tiny space on Brick Lane that is now open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
