Talde and Pork Slope, it only seemed like a matter of time before the collaboration extended to the duo's original restaurant, Thistle Hill Tavern. According to Diner's Journal, that time is now. Talde has replaced the Mediterranean-influenced menu at this neighborhood haunt with more traditional American selections (think fried chicken, pork chop and mac 'n' cheese), and named Kerwin Chu as the executive chef. Now that all three places feature dishes by Talde (with some menu crossover), while the buzz may not die down, hopefully the waits might - or is that wishful thinking?
