We have been following this story since restaurateurs Jeremy King and Chris Corbin first acquired the former site of Oriel in Sloane Square, so we are pleased to announce that on Monday (October 8), Colbert - the 6,000 square foot restaurant from the men behind The Wolseley, The Delaunay and Brasserie Zedel - will finally open.
The Parisian-inspired pavement cafe will have a similar menu to The Wolseley serving classics like Eggs Benedict, Croques Monsieur, Steak Diane and Moules Marinière. Reservations lines are now open and until they launch officially (no date as of yet) they offering a discount on food and drink.
