We loves the Twitterverse. Chef Perfecto Rocher - the Spanish chef who
replaced Josef Centeno at
Lazy Ox in Little Tokyo - tells the world that he is no longer with the restaurant, but working on something new and "exciting." We don't know what prompted the move, considering he was slowly becoming a
critic's darling. What we do know: He is
not working at the paella restaurant that he
was supposed to open with Ox owner Michael Cardenas. Rocher's replacement is Travis Chase from the Tin Table in Seattle, according to
Eater. And Cardenas is in talks with "a big name chef" for the Santa Monica paella project.
