Butcher This Tuna at Prospect, 'inoteca Adds Pasta

Halloween is coming up, and maybe you want to go all Jason with your machete. Well, you should check out the butcher class that new restaurant Prospect is launching next Monday at 7 PM. Guests will get a lesson from chef Kyle McClelland on how to break down a whole pig and a 70 pound tuna. There will only be eight people taking part, so you are sure to get some individualized instructions. Oh, and don't take the Jason thing too far - wearing your hockey mask would just be weird. The course is $90 per person (718-596-6826).

Fans of 'inotecea on the Lower East Side will now be able to enjoy pasta when they drop in for some vino. The eatery is updating its menu and has added dishes like spaghetti aglio and orecchiette with Heritage pork ragu. The LES classic will offer seasonal variations on the new menu items. Yum.
