Burger King Japan Unveils The Pumpkin Burger

Image via Burger King
Burger King Japan, always ahead of the trend curve with bizarro items like the Black Bun Burger, has unleashed a Pumpkin Burger (duh - because pumpkin is the new bacon.) The autumnal patty is made with two slices of kabocha (Japanese pumpkin so to speak), bacon, lettuce and a creamy nut sauce with sesame seeds, peanuts, almonds, cashews and hazelnuts. The LTO burger will drop October 26 and will cost approximately $3.90. Or you can go for the "pumpkin bomb" option which packs 10 slices of pumpkin for only $1.25 more. Bargain alert! Or! Add pumpkin to any burger for $.75. We're not expecting the Pumpkin Burger in the U.S. anytime soon but let us know if you'd try this new sandwich in the comments. [Brand Eating via HuffPo]
