Tuna sashimi is not an obvious choice at Cheyne Walk Brasserie - the French riverside restaurant known for its open wood-fired oven where cuts of meat and fish are grilled in the middle of the restaurant - but it was a very good one nevertheless.
The beautifully presented starter is served with comfit ginger, mooli drenched in bowl of soya sauce and a little dollop of wasabi in case you need an extra kick. A great warm up for whatever comes next.
