Tozino - the popular jamon stall in Maltby Street Market has a new home. But they haven't gone far. Bar Tozino is nearby - under one of the arches in the same market - and includes a bar, restaurant and workshop.
Chuse Valero (previously master carver at Tapas Brindisa and later at the Iberico Ham House in Harrods) told Hot Dinners in a recent interview that they are keeping it simple selling hams from Spain especially Iberico as well as almonds and olives. And in addition to the shop and bar (similar to a Spanish bodgea) they will also teach people the art of carving in ham workshops.
