Will Debuts Weekly Tuesday Prix Fixe Tonight

Tonight chef/owner Christopher Kearse launches a Tuesday-only prix fixe at his East Passyunk BYO Will. The weekly $45 menu will focus on one ingredient or technique Kearse deems unfamiliar, untraditional or unexpected in an effort to challenge himself in the kitchen and present something new to guests. This evening's theme is shellfish, and subsequent weeks will showcase duck, pumpkin, Kennet Square mushrooms and orchard fruit. For reservations call 215-271-7683.
